Very nice discovery that this restaurant in the city center of Aix, from the aperitif to the dessert everything was perfect, and we will return there with great pleasure!

What can I say... Impeccable service, excellent cuisine and a menu that changes every month. It's hard not to appreciate all the sometimes unique blends of flavors that you can taste in this restaurant.

Despite not having booked, we were lucky enough to get a table and not without regrets. Everything was perfect! From the welcome to the dishes as beautiful as they are delicious, nothing to complain about. I RECOMMEND I give one more star for the Pim's-style orange chocolate mousse 😍😍😍

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our mother's birthday and what a lovely surprise! The starters, main courses and desserts are all more excellent than the last and the service is impeccable. Special mention for the starter with black boudoir (photo 2), the pork dish with corn puree (photo 1) and the chestnut mousse for dessert!! We will come back with pleasure (thanks again for the arranged rum Claire!)

What can I say... Quite simply a must-see restaurant! The cuisine is refined, excellent world cuisine. Impeccable service with warm and adorable waiters and waitresses. We go there regularly, we never tire of it, the menu evolves with the seasons with fresh products, which is becoming rare these days. I sincerely recommend it! A big thank you to Niro by Gambetta.
