A great evening at 58.
The cuisine is top notch in addition to a menu that is out of the ordinary.
Fresh and excellent quality products.
The welcome and attentive service with a pleasant and warm atmosphere not to mention the decor which goes well.
Very good evening with the children, to do again very soon!

A 5 avec des gouts variés, entre la viande crue, cuite, ou le poisson.
Tartare thon/saumon/avocat en entrées, asperges. Bon début !
Un bon burger (qui manque un peu de cuisson mais on a une compensation financière et on nous offre des limoncello...), des tartares de boeuf bien préparés, une canette parfaite, un filet de bar délicatement cuit. Desserts gourmands, tarte tatin revisitée, brioche façon pain perdu....
Service très très agréable ! Un diner presque parfait !

Un bon repas : un velouté du moment, un oeuf 64°, 2 filets de bar. Le rissoto avec le bar aurait pu être plus crémeux...
