Excellent lamb with royal couscous, however the vegetables and broth are bland (not simmered in meat juices) really a shame.
The semolina is superb.

We had reserved for 12:30 p.m. for 5, we were served at 3 p.m., the wait was unbearable

Very mixed on this new generation of Amazir, we have had better.... there were 6 of us at the table, I enjoyed my dish for my part... my parents' starter salad duck breast you really had to guess that s 'it was cut too thin to appreciate its true value....but the big problem was the waiting time, well they apologized several times and even thanked us for our patience...but really no more an hour between the starter and the main course, my daughter who had not had a starter was in despair....when for dessert, on the gourmet coffee plate there were no pastries planned, they replaced 1 macaroon per scoop of ice cream, in my opinion they should have at least apologized.....

Reçu par un accueil très souriant par la nouvelle propriétaire. Un couscous riche en goût et en quantité ,et je suis très difficile à satisfaire en ce qui concerne le couscous.( bravo au chef qui est aussi l'un dès propriétaire). Je recommande se restaurant pour les amateurs de couscous. Merci pour ce bon moment aux deux nouveaux propriétaires.
