Le Amazir sur Olemps

We were passing through Rodez and discovered the El Amazir restaurant, where we had a wonderful time. The dishes were delicious and generous, and we enjoyed every bite. The welcome was warm and the service pleasant. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return on our next trip to the area.

A lovely little restaurant at the end of our stay in Olemps. Thank you Vivi and Yann for the invitation, because honestly, it was amazing. I hadn't had such a good tagine since Nesayem's wedding. And I wish the tea had never finished.

A warm welcome, generous and flavorful dishes that transport you to another world, and the homemade bread roll was excellent! 😀 This isn't my first time at this restaurant... If you're in a hurry, you should mention it when you arrive. I have a comment about the salad starter. I would have thought it could be more authentic; I didn't find it resembled a Tunisian or Moroccan salad... Perhaps you could offer another option... A dressing with olive oil! 🙏🏻 We come to travel! 😉😉
