05/04/2024: Baptiste Poinot's restaurant 1 Michelin star. We had dinner in 5 courses. A sparkling meal. We came in February for a 5-part lunch. This time we came for a 5-course dinner, the Chef surprised us again with all the new flavors. Everything was excellent, from the offer of a special butter to match an original bread for our arrival to the meal itself. Appetizers exploding with flavors. Spring dishes including a superb plate of asparagus that is just wonderful. A wonderfully cooked trout fillet. The cooking of the veal was perfect. Magnificent desserts, the first of which is Gariguette strawberries of exquisite taste. The wine offer was very surprising and it was perfect. The service was attentive without being overbearing. The restaurant room is very well thought out, you feel good there. In addition, at the back of the restaurant, the chef has installed a window where we can see him evolving in his kitchen. Very good idea. Chef Baptiste Poinot is always on top of his cooking. We recommend it to you and for our part we will come back again. He surprises us every time, and with a very high gastronomic level.
