A very good experience. We had come to see Roland Magdane's show, so we decided to have dinner at the Baccara restaurant. It was our first time there, and we weren't disappointed. It was enchanting from beginning to end. The dishes were exquisite, everything was excellent, the meat was very good and cooked to perfection. We had a memorable time. The welcome at the casino entrance was very warm, and all the staff were lovely, classy, ​​and always smiling. It was wonderful. We had the honor and privilege of meeting the restaurant manager, a lovely and very professional person who loves his work and is very competent. We truly had an exceptional experience at this establishment. Everything is beautiful, everything is refined, everyone is charming and smiling. We also thank our head waiter, Guillaume, who took care of us from beginning to end with great professionalism. The waiters were also all charming and discreet, proving that there are still establishments where the customer is truly well received. We were given a great deal of attention; it was very pleasant, very classy, ​​very friendly, very affable, and on top of that, a very beautiful The table was beautifully set and presented, just the way I like it. We chose a Saint-Estèphe which was perfect; there wasn't a single flaw in the meal. And thank you again to Mr. Afroun for the thoughtful touch. As it was his birthday, we were treated to a glass of champagne – a very kind gesture, it was truly lovely. I wanted to tell you, dear sir, that you maintain the establishment and the restaurant with a master's touch, along with all your staff. The food was really good. The welcome, service, and cuisine were all excellent. The staff were friendly. Perhaps a little more lighting would have been nice. Note: There were five of us. We paid the €18 entrance fee. Four people left after their meal, so it was a wasted expense for them (€72 total). Perhaps there should be an entrance fee for the restaurant. Next time, we'll go to a restaurant outside the Casino, like Le 85 or Le Pavillon du Lac... out of necessity. Otherwise, your restaurant is really good, with delicious dishes and desserts.
