During our stay on Île de Ré, we were lucky enough to come across this great restaurant, so much so that we went back twice! It was a memorable culinary experience, both for the quality of the dishes and the warm welcome from the staff. The restaurant offers an excellent selection of meat and fish dishes, all prepared with local produce. The atmosphere is friendly, without being too formal, making it a great place to relax. The outdoor tables are particularly pleasant for a summer dinner, while the interior offers a more cozy atmosphere, even if a little noisier. The service is fast and attentive, even when the restaurant is full, which often happens in high season. I definitely recommend booking in advance, as we did for our two visits, to avoid disappointment. Among the dishes we tasted, I particularly recommend the cod accras, a house specialty not to be missed. We also loved the octopus fricassee, the beef fillet, the duck breast, and the roast hake. For dessert, the express pecan and chocolate ganache were delicious. In my opinion, it is the best restaurant in the region. I can't wait to go back!

Our favorite restaurant for 3 years...disappointed us terribly this year....but what's happening?? Change of chef??...the "famous" accras were soft and tasteless The knives full of sand...and the poorly cooked fillet of beef...too sad...

We had a great time as a family with our dog. As soon as we arrived, attention was paid to our dog with a bowl of water. All the staff were kind and professional, even this young girl who was an apprentice. The dishes, from starter to dessert, were all exceptional in the pursuit of creativity and taste.
