Very warm welcome, very friendly

Very warm welcome, good quality products highlighted by the chef, little touches throughout the meal, a substantial cheese platter, fine desserts, the service is impeccable, the room is pleasant, the prices are reasonable . There are all the reasons to stop there and come back. Thank you Madam for this moment of pleasure.

The meal was excellent, originality of the dishes, quality of the products, the flavors were there. A real pleasure! The restaurant to know in Haute Saône...we are in for true culinary pleasure. Don't hesitate!!

Small hotel discovered by chance during our return from Austria, towards Paris. A chance trip which resulted in an evening spent in a small, typically French village of which we have fond memories. The owner is friendly, the room comfortable and the restaurant menu introduced us to the dishes of the region. To recommend!

I ate at Le Balcon last night with friends who have a holiday home in nearby Arbecey. It was quite simply stunning. As well as the A la Carte menu there are 3 fixed price menus - €35, €53 & €80. I went for the €35 menu as it had a duck main. My 3 friends all went for the €53 menu. We were presented with a plate of delicious canapés then my friends were given an amuse bouche. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our starters. My friends gor a sorbet. Mains were superb. My duck was cooked to perfection. Then the cheese trolley was wheeled over. What an incredible selection! We each had 3 cheeses served with amazing fruit bread (baked in-house I believe along with the beautiful breads served at the start). Desserts were divine. I will definitely be back to this restaurant. It was full last night but the service was impeccable.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment, tout fut à la hauteur de nos attentes : l'accueil, le service et la cuisine. Nous avions choisi le menu à 38 € et tout fut délicieux et copieux. De plus, très jolie carte des vins à des prix très intéressants....
