Visiting family in the North of France from Saint-Étienne. What a lovely discovery this restaurant was! 😻 The portions are incredibly generous, the presentation is beautiful, and the service is impeccable—truly a gem not to be missed!!! A real treat for the senses and the taste buds. There were two of us, and we ordered the tagine and couscous. We thoroughly enjoyed them 😋 and the pastilla… I won't even go there 😮😻😻😻

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The setting is beautiful, the service is pleasant, but the food quality is very average. The meat (lamb) is of supermarket quality, and the tagine clearly lacks flavor. It's a shame because the restaurant is really beautiful and well located…

Meal at the trade fair on September 8th, 3 meals, 3 desserts and 3 drinks consumed and we were refused a carafe of water, we had to buy bottles, this is neither correct nor legal.

As a long-time BALOUA customer, I appreciate the quality of the place, the food, and the staff. We went to the trade fair at Gayant Expo last night to see the show. Of course, I had booked a table at BALOUA (restaurant area). The meal was delicious, and the person who looked after us was lovely. 26/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Djurdjura in Douai. The welcome was warm, the staff were friendly and attentive, and above all, the food was absolutely delicious. The dishes were flavorful, generous, and beautifully presented, with wonderful tastes that transported us. 😍 A friendly and family atmosphere, exactly what you're looking for to enjoy a great meal. I highly recommend it! We will definitely be back. ❤️

26/06/2026: An excellent restaurant in Douai. We had a wonderful time at this establishment, where the welcome was warm and the setting truly unique. The meal was delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors. I particularly enjoyed the chicken, which was tender and beautifully presented on a thoughtfully decorated plate. The service was attentive, especially when the mint tea was served in the traditional way. A great find that I highly recommend.
