Le balto sur Vincennes

The owners are welcoming. The dishes are good and well cooked! Very good little place to eat! I deleted an old review that I posted in 2022 regarding the old server (which is gone) and replaced it with one new waitress, calm, discreet and friendly Very good atmosphere since the departure of this server!
