Super good restaurant, very friendly staff and owner.

Spent two days at this campsite. Upon arrival we found a note on the door with the available seat numbers. We could actually check in at 7 p.m. in the evening. All places have their own sanitary facilities. Shower, toilet and sink in a wooden house, the door of which needs to be replaced at our location. Sanitary facilities were clean. Unfortunately, there is no wall between the shower and toilet, so almost the entire room gets wet while showering. The water was nice and warm. Easy to arrange. We missed a shelf to put our toiletries on. The shelf at the sink is not that spacious. There were enough hooks for towels and bathrobe. The place is spacious. The restaurant on the campsite is really fantastic. Very tasty, but also beautifully prepared food. Not exactly cheap, but value for money. And the food was really good. I read in several reviews that Wendy always came by in the evening. We only saw Wendy at checkout.

We had a wonderful holiday at this campsite. We made a reservation with Wendy and Glenn early this year. Mail traffic went very smoothly and quickly. Upon arrival, the family knew of our arrival. Despite some rain showers and the spot being at the lowest point of the campsite, which you solved perfectly, we really enjoyed our holiday. Wendy and Glenn, you deserve a big plus for your hospitality. You really are great. You know a lot about nice sights in the area. Communication with you is simply great.

We had a great time during our stay at Camping Du Banel. What was a real plus is the private sanitary facilities. It was clean, spacious and provided extra comfort. The restaurant on the campsite also impressed me; the food was delicious and the atmosphere very cozy. What really makes the experience special is the staff and owners. They do everything they can to make you happy, and their hospitality feels genuine. Camping Du Banel is highly recommended for those looking for a relaxing and carefree stay.

We have mixed feelings after staying at this campsite for a week. We had a camping pitch between the seasonal pitches. Upon arrival, due to circumstances, no one was present at the reception. There was a note with the number of our reserved place, but this number was not on the campsite map. No one could be reached on the emergency number posted on the reception door. (We were called by the owner herself a few hours later). After searching the entire campsite we finally found our place. It was very spacious and the reserved refrigerator was ready. The sanitary facilities were in order, but outdated and not so neat (there was still an empty toilet roll hanging on the coat rack, the toilet was leaking so you were constantly standing in the wet with your feet, behind the sanitary facilities there was a broken toilet...) we saw. that the sanitary facilities at the hiking sites looked newer. Our preference when booking was also for a VIP seat, but unfortunately there were no more available. Many activities were organized for the children. It was not always clear when these activities took place. It was usually through a chance visit to reception that we saw that an activity was taking place. The craft time at 10:30 am was very nice! The playground is great! There are fun and challenging toys for all ages. The private beach on the river is also fun for the children, they can spend hours looking for diamonds, gemstones and coins hidden in the sand. We ate once in the restaurant and it was very tasty! There is also plenty of choice for the children. Price/quality is certainly good for this campsite. It's nice that each place has private sanitary facilities. Wendy, the owner, is very friendly and helpful 👍

What a nice campsite Stayed here for 11 days this summer. What a nice campsite We had a very neat VIP spot with its own refrigerator, stove and sink Private sanitary facilities are really neat and clean! Wendy and Glen are also very hospitable and friendly and of course the rest of the staff too! The day of departure we were stuck with the camper due to the rain, but the help was great with this too! Très belle découverte, endroit agréable. Personnel très sympathique, service parfait. Que ce soit entrée, plat,dessert tout était copieux et très bon. On y retournera.

Een mooie plek naast de rivier, met leuke beestjes erop of ernaast. Prive sanitair is er standaard en altijd een meerwaarde. De eigenaars doen het met hart en ziel en verzorgen er tevens hun restaurant. We hadden er cote a l'os, gesneden ter plekke door ze chef. Heerlijk. We hadden een zeer ontspannend verblijf en batterijen zijn opgeladen
