The entrance to the venue is hidden and is essentially located exactly on the roof of the Moulin Rouge! Nice interior, but the gem is the terrace which is located close to the mill and makes it fascinating. The cocktails were good, the platter with cheese was rather minimal, a tasting of more cheeses would have been more appreciated, but all in all it went well.

Very good location, on the terrace literally right at the back of the Moulin Rouge. Would be pretty hard to get a spot in the warm sunny weather, although at least it looked like they were controlling the numbers of people coming in, so hopefully they won't let it get too crowded.
Decor is a bit "forced eclectic" with none of the tables/chairs matching each other, and the odd wallpaper and lamps, but not annoyingly so. Was a queue building up at the bar when I was leaving so not sure what it'll be like at a busy time with more staff working (I was there Sunday afternoon).

Chocolate mousse was decorated with dry buckwheat!!!! Pancaiks with a taste of bicarbonate and too much noise. Service was good 👍🏻

The setting is incredible, it's one of my favorites in the capital and I came almost every weekend for brunch, but the new brunch is really very disappointing.... The comparison with the old formula is not doesn't make you want to come back at all.. we're returning to a classic formula and it's truly sad and damaging
I came very often and I think I won't come back except for a coffee :( I will change my rating if the old formula returns to the menu and I will give the 5 stars that this place and the servers deserve

Large tapas bar adjoining the Moulin Rouge. Too cold to try the incredible rooftop on the roof of the Moulin. Friendly atmosphere, bar service with good cocktails and tapas menu. Perfect for a start to the evening with friends.

I had an excellent evening with friends at the Bar à Bulles, the real plus of the place is first of all the location, the photo will speak for itself. The white wines are good, especially the Chardonnay. As the visit took place in February, I did not test the terrace which must be pleasant when the weather is nice.

It’s a hidden place where you can watch the moulin rouge mill close by and enjoy the view and the nice drinks and bites. It’s hidden in a small street just behind the moulin rouge and you have to enter by stairs to enter.
