Le bar à Thym sur Montbrun-Les-Bains

Always delighted to go eat and have a drink at Nadia's. It's my favorite bar-restaurant in the whole region.

This little bar/restaurant may not look like much, but the atmosphere and Nadia's smile are incredibly welcoming. Almost as warm as her harira soup! A wonderful discovery for us.

We were staying across the street. We were out during the day and didn't arrive until the kitchen had already closed, but the chef, Nadia, still made us a platter of cold cuts, cheese, and fries. A musician was there that evening and really set the mood... Our visit to real life in a small Provençal village couldn't have been more authentic. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Super nice little bar....I highly recommend it, a quick stop is a must.....

4 bikers out for a ride, stopped at random, and nothing to regret, table under the lime trees, service by a gentleman full of humor, pleasant service, entrecote, Roquefort sauce, masterfully cooked, Nijel burger, two kefta, very good, and the nectarine and fig tart dessert was to die for, very reasonable prices, it's worth the detour, friendly owner

It's unassuming, but not to be missed. Excellent cuisine, highly recommended, prepared by the owner, Nadia.

We had a great experience at Bar à Thym, which we tried twice during our stay in Montbrun. It was recommended to us by locals, and we weren't disappointed at all, quite the opposite! The setting is really nice and pleasant: a beautiful, comfortable terrace with a beautiful view of the medieval village and the surrounding countryside. The service is top-notch: attentive, caring, fast and efficient, and very kind. We love it. And of course, it's delicious: you can tell the dishes are homemade and prepared with skill and love. The sauces have been simmering since the day before and are delicious. I really recommend this experience after our two evenings there.

Great place. We had an afternoon drink. The charcuterie was excellent, the wine was good, and the service was friendly.
