A huge thank you to Hugo, an attentive waiter who truly listens to his customers. He even offered to clean my table several times. This waiter is a rare gem that the Basque bar would do well to keep on staff.

03/07/2026: Okay, let me clarify something here: there is a club, but I can't comment on it. I completely understand the complaints in some of the reviews, but I can only laugh about it. If kids want to get into a club and are turned away by the bouncer, then the guy was just doing his job. 🤣👶 However, there's an adjoining bar right next door. This review refers exclusively to that. Super friendly staff, great "French tapas" [see photos], good music, and excellent value for money. If I visit Toulouse again, you'll find me here. 🤩🤩🤩
