Le Barboton sur Saint-Etienne

A wonderful discovery, a real trip down memory lane! The decor was lovely, the waiter and owner were friendly too. The Barboton was just as good as the one my mom used to make :-) In short, we highly recommend it!

This restaurant, not far from the Châteaucreux train station in Saint-Étienne, is located in an area with easy parking. The atmosphere and decor are very personalized, vintage, and very clean. The menu offers a variety of dishes, all homemade, with several set menus to suit all budgets, ages, and appetites. The prices are very reasonable. This place is highly recommended by word of mouth and is definitely worth a visit. The service is efficient, quick, and very friendly.

A fabulous restaurant, a tranquil atmosphere, and a manager who makes you want to come back. The dishes are incredibly delicious with superb set menus...the only downside? The meal was so good and indulgent that we didn't have room for dessert! I highly recommend it for a pleasant, friendly, and above all, relaxing experience. Nice little restaurant with homemade food

I felt a warm atmosphere as soon as I walked in; the welcome was truly friendly. The service was quick and attentive, and I didn't have to wait long. The price was very reasonable for the quality offered. The setting was pleasant, clean, and well-maintained.
