Passing through during our vacation, this restaurant was recommended to us.
It's definitely worth the trip!
The food is incredibly good!
The service isn't plated, which adds to the restaurant's charm. The service is pleasant, and the waitresses are smiling.
As an added bonus, some of their products are available for purchase in the restaurant's shop, which is a real treat.
Bring your own containers for takeout: the portions are very generous!

It's a charming place, redolent of traditional and generous Périgord cuisine, at a very reasonable price. A place like no other. There's a real love for the local region in this cooking. And the team is there to remind you: savor the experience and take your time.

A must-visit! An exceptional setting where you can enjoy lunch in the shade of the trees, in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. The dishes are very generous, entirely homemade, and absolutely delicious. Everything is prepared with care, the flavors are exceptional, and the quality is impeccable.
A very welcome bonus: an on-site shop where you can take home delicious local products, regional specialties, and wine. The perfect way to extend the enjoyment once you're back home!
A warm welcome. A true gem that I highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Excellent place! Set menu €21.50: soup of the day, homemade terrine, stuffed vegetables, cheese and egg custard, unlimited red wine. Children's menu €12. Very generous portions. Attentive and quick service.
There were 14 of us: adults and children alike all loved lunch at Le Bareil.
