After veering off the beaten track, taking shortcuts where two vehicles couldn't possibly pass each other, we finally arrived at this famous little canalside shop, well-known locally but still unknown to those looking for authentic gastronomy 🥺.
So we put our gaiters on at 7 p.m. 🕖 (and dust) by the canal. The sun was already setting, but the atmosphere was cozy, with a little background music, a nice terrace, and a warm welcome from the little waitress 😆.
After a short wait, the dishes were served and truly met our expectations: mussels at will, and for me, grilled sardines (like in Porquerolles 🤩 chic), it was my dream 🥺.
We exchanged a few jokes with the friendly waitress (Zoé (?)) 😆
Yes, she's funny, mischievous, talkative, and brave, given that there aren't many trips back and forth 🤩.
The delicious desserts were savored while blankets were kindly offered to us as the night's chill and the humidity from the Saint-Albin Canal fell on the banks.
In Short: 🥺—>> I recommend <<—🥺
