Le Basilic sur Ernee

Passing through Ernée this weekend, we got takeout (as the restaurant was full, you need to book in advance) and what a treat! The service was excellent and the pizzas delicious. Highly recommended.

From the absolutely delicious baked egg to the generous tartiflette, not forgetting the pizza my partner enjoyed—a true tribute to flavor and finesse—everything was perfect. But what truly captivates is realizing that such excellence remains affordable: the prices are remarkably reasonable, defying all competition for such high-quality ingredients. Beyond the food itself, the professionalism and genuine presence of the owners make this an exceptional establishment.
