While passing through, we chose the three-course menu from a small selection. Even the amuse-bouche hinted at the culinary delights to come. Our expectations were met. The food was of high quality, freshly prepared, the fish and meat cooked to perfection, and the seasonings well-balanced. The presentation was beautiful (including the tableware). The recommended wine pairings (per glass) were perfectly suited. An authentic restaurant with very warm service, located a little off the beaten path. Excellent value for money. For us, it was the perfect start to our vacation. We love these small, independent restaurants. The ambiance is charmingly designed, with "art" on the walls – truly unique. And we'd gladly repeat this culinary experience next year while traveling through the area.

A refined menu featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients, magnificent presentation of the dishes, and above all, such culinary creativity!
