Le Bear's Cafe sur Le Raincy

we waited 30 minutes for a pint of beer and a cocktail, despite reminding them every ten minutes. they were not busy at all either, which i would totally excuse if they were. we also got a planche and it was kind of basic - we asked for an L but they charged us for an XL… not a bad bar but not a super great one either

Concert event on March 21st. Couscous served. Good value for money. Excellent waitress. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. No waiting because I had a reservation.

Simple, quick, and very reasonably priced lunch menu.

Nice cafe but gets noisy for an intimate date from 5:30pm onwards as the DJ goes wild.
