La Maison Bistrot sur Le Raincy

We sat down at a table on the terrace, and after a while I decided to approach the waiter or waitress. Not knowing who would be serving us, I asked inside when I came in if we could order. The waitress, annoyed and without saying "Hello," replied that it was possible, but not with a smile or a word as she brought our drinks. We ordered fries to make up for the lack of peanuts or chips, which I find unbelievable for a bistro (unexpected things happen, you might say)... In the end, our waitress, apparently on break while we waited for our fries (which were good, by the way), sat down in the middle of the other customers (a bit much for a restaurant)... Eventually, the waiter who took over service sorted things out by checking with the waitress who had just left the order behind... In short, given the previous comments, I'm not surprised... But honestly, the waiter who took over was genuinely pleasant, smiling, and friendly. We didn't try the food, but frankly, we don't feel like going back! It's a shame for such a nice place, with its lovely decor (the painting near the restroom door was a bit crooked) and seemingly good food! Nothing is guaranteed and everything can be lost…beware, beware!

Excellent experience! We ate very well, the food was delicious, and the welcome was warm. The waiter was particularly pleasant and attentive. Special mention to Kadir, who took the time to look after us with great kindness. We will gladly return!

Funky restaurant in the area...friendly staff, great menu with quality ingredients, lovely dining room and terrace...Great cocktails, smoothies...Great place! And the brunch experience: top-notch!

As regulars at the bistro, we went there this Wednesday evening to enjoy a pleasant evening over drinks and an aperitif. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place, whether with friends, family, or as a couple.

A lovely spot to enjoy a beautiful terrace and veranda! A warm atmosphere and generous tapas! The only slight downside was a waitress who wasn't very friendly and was rather cold.

The restaurant is quite pleasant, friendly, and well-maintained. However, the waiter who served our table was incompetent. At the end, he presented the desserts; I chose the Snickers with peanuts, and to my utter surprise, he brought me the dessert without peanuts... completely baffling. I even tried to explain that the peanuts were missing... but he just laughed. Furthermore, a 15-minute wait for a coffee is unbelievable. We tried to explain to the manager (the woman with glasses) that perhaps he had forgotten. Meanwhile, the coffee arrived, and she exclaimed, "Look!" So, without any hesitation, they address customers informally without a second thought... Therefore, 3 stars. I hope you will learn to be more attentive and respectful towards your future customers!

I was served by Lina, she's a lovely person! I come to her place often and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend it!

We shared a romantic dinner at this bistro and had a warm and very pleasant time. Our waiter, Kadir, gave us a remarkable welcome, both friendly and attentive. A big thank you to him!
