What a great experience this restaurant located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement. A remarkable culinary experience created by chef Matthieu Garrel, who is as demanding as he is generous and human in his cuisine. We feel all his love for good products and his desire to satisfy our taste buds. Japanese-style oysters are fabulous and take us to the other side of the world. What can we say about eggs and mayonnaise garnished with Madagascar caviar. Special mention to the floating island, undoubtedly the best I have eaten. Vanilla custard executed with panache. Gourmet, joyful and generous cuisine with a high quality of execution that makes you want to come back every evening.

Rather friendly restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere.
Lunch menu, starter or main course, dessert for 40 euros.
That lunchtime, we were tempted by the salmon with creamed spinach and flaked almonds. The dish is good and rather well cooked...however the quantity of spinach on the plate is simply ridiculous. For a dish at 24 euros it’s making fun of the customers!
So unless you are a little hungry, I would not recommend this establishment. There are just as good and more generous places in the neighborhood!

Dinner on March 19.
Coming with friends, there were 4 of us in a little nook at the end of the zinc bar. This meant we talked with the chef all evening! The atmosphere was excellent at our table and with the kitchen because the chef, Mathieu😊, knew how to mingle with us, creating a very pleasant bond!
The meal was delicious, special mention to the brioche sausage, reminding me of Sundays at my grandmother's in Lyon!
Excellent bistro, people talk, they drink, they laugh, they eat...the bistro in all its attractions!
We plan to return soon!

It was great even if we don't remember everything... Top fish, perfect cooking, great wine list. Certainly not cheap but entirely consistent in view of the quality of the products and the result on the plate.

We love this Parisian bistro! The cuisine – with seasonal products – is worth the detour. Classic household dishes and very contemporary dishes, original and prepared with great care, come together at the same time on the menu. The formulas make it possible to limit the bill which the wines, carefully chosen and recommended, cannot add to. As for the service, it is at the best level, the relaxed atmosphere indicating great professionalism.

Japanese-style oysters for starters - always an intense pleasure - the very nice discovery of pigeon with hunter sauce worthy of a royal hare, and the sure values for dessert (the floating island this time), all enhanced with very good wines, the warm and relaxed atmosphere and the enthusiasm of the chef (even if he prefers Mathieu)! An excellent evening, and always at an unbeatable price.
