I used to really like Le Bellis; it offered good value for money and delicious food. Unfortunately, I find that prices have increased significantly and the quality has declined. It's a shame, because it was a place I enjoyed.

So there you have it, homemade, top-notch, delighted with our September visit, good and very, very good.

Perfect welcome, very well-stocked shop, and products of exceptional quality. A treat for the taste buds. It's worth the detour...

Very good bakery. Lots of variety of breads and pastries. But the price of bread is really high (€4.33 for a country loaf). A shame.

The best pain au chocolat in the world... and around here!!!

I've been a customer of this bakery for three years. The products are of good quality, even if the prices are on the higher end compared to other bakeries. This can be justified by the quality of the ingredients used, and I can certainly understand that. However, I'm only giving it 3 stars because I'm disappointed by the inconsistency of the products. I often buy four croissants and four pain au chocolat on Sundays, and the size of the pastries is very inconsistent (see photo). For the same price, I can sometimes end up with a much smaller product. Given that the pastries are rather expensive, I expect more consistency. The same goes for the baking. The pastries are simply excellent when they're properly baked, but sometimes they're underbaked, which makes them lose their crispness. I understand that there are many apprentices at the bakery. It's a good thing to pass on one's expertise, but at this price point, one has the right to expect both quality and consistency. I seem to recall that this lack of consistency, particularly regarding pastries, was already highlighted during the television program "La Meilleure Boulangerie de France" (The Best Bakery in France).

I discovered this bakery in Gujan this morning and received a warm welcome. I bought some chocolate croissants, and they were delicious—quality, homemade products, a welcome change from supermarket fare. I highly recommend this bakery for its products and its courteous and helpful staff. And today, July 15, 2026, I returned to Bellis and bought some pastries, which were excellent, so I can confirm that this establishment is perfect.

We stopped by chance at this wonderful bakery because my youngest, Paul, woke up grumpy and ravenous. We bought him two chocolate croissants, which were absolutely delicious. He's still overjoyed and thrilled to have enjoyed this divine treat. Just one word: "Thank you!"
