Dishes served with bland sauces, especially the poached eggs and the scallops. There's no effort put into the preparation of the dishes.
The blueberry tartlet dessert isn't really a blueberry tartlet at all... it's a shortbread base covered with a thick layer of whipped cream and decorated with a few meager blueberries. It's a shame for a mountainous region not to find a truly authentic blueberry tartlet.
The view and setting were stunning, and the service was impeccable.

Beautiful view. Friendly service. Exceptional location on Lake Le Bourget.
Very reasonable prices, pleasant seating during a heatwave, in the shade or inside, as it is a restaurant only. You can have a drink on the terrace.

Lunch in a place where the unique setting rivals the finesse of the cuisine. The menu, both creative and refined, offers flavorful and beautifully presented dishes. The service is exceptionally attentive. A place not to be missed, and one we will definitely return to. The only slight drawback: the desserts could have offered more variety.

A truly wonderful discovery: Le Belvédère restaurant.
First of all, the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's clearly the establishment's number one asset and makes the experience truly unique. The setting is exceptional and makes this an extraordinary place. The staff is also very competent, professional, and pleasant throughout the meal.
Regarding the food, we were left wanting more. The foie gras was excellent, but the lamb shank seemed more conventional and less memorable than we had anticipated.
The prices remain relatively high, but the location and exceptional setting contribute significantly to the overall experience.

While the setting is magical, the meal is also of an excellent standard.
The servers were pleasant and professional.
Especially on this busy Whit Monday, they gave us a special mention for allowing us to enjoy our crêpes on the terrace overlooking the void.
We also had a very pleasant meal inside.
Well done and thank you! It's rare to find a restaurant that lets you change tables! For dessert, no less.
We will gladly return for another culinary experience.
