L endroit est parfait pour passer un excellent moment : la terrasse est très agréable et la cuisine savoureuse, uniquement préparée à base de produits frais et locaux de grande qualité. Le propriétaire et son épouse sont charmants et mettent tout en œuvre pour satisfaire leurs hôtes. Bravo et tous nos encouragements pour poursuivre dans cette voie. Cela fait plaisir de voir des professionnels de la restauration aussi engagés 👍

A première vue l entrée est sobre et discrète comme si on rentrait chez soi . Une fois accueilli par les propriétaires , on se sent très à l aise . Le choix de la table sur une tersasse très ombragée grâce à la végétation qui est exceptionnelle ainsi que la vue . Une cuisine digne des plus grand chef , car les plats sont recherchés et très bien présentés . Carpaccio de poisson , cochon ... , filet de loup, sont dégustés finement . Vins divers mais conseillé Blanc de Peyrassol . Bref un enchantement pour les papilles qui ne laisse pas indifférents . On reviendra sans hésiter . Merci encore .

Far from the traditional restaurant, this place is a breath of happiness! Everything is perfect: Sandra's welcome and smiles, the intimate terrace, the vibrant garden!! A superb residence in the city center but in a quiet area, large and beautiful rooms (with top-notch bedding!), a perfect breakfast (only fresh and local... and prepared to order), an exceptional and varied dinner ( and always very fresh and local) and a warm welcome, you'll feel at home after 3 minutes! In short, to be highly recommended for both the catering and accommodation aspects.

A truly enchanted interlude with Sandra and Stéphane. The house is magnificent, full of charm, the meals and breakfasts delicious (the products are carefully selected and in short supply) the rooms very cute and very cozy, calm with the singing of birds when you wake up, more than charming hosts . Finally, a return to the source, a bit like home. A real little gem! Very good meal with quality local products and a very family setting! Also fast service and on top of that a very friendly waitress, it's always a pleasure when we want to have a good time. And the price remains very reasonable, you will not be disappointed :)

Excellent restaurant! Excellent value. Staff who have a sense of service, professional, attentive, and who have a sense of interpersonal skills and know-how. Quality products, mostly seasonal and local. They employ local butchers, bakers, farmers and farmers. As for meals: starters, main courses, dessert, à la carte or on the menu, the tastes, colors and flavors are there! The harmony of flavors the binders: seasoning, marinades, cooking juices, right up to the choice of plate... A delight! We have There were 4 of us, we were able to try several dishes, the lamb and shoulder of 7 hours... melting and a subtle taste, seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes with a juice... which everyone agrees on the plate :) Starters, spring salads: asparagus cooked to perfection with their cocktail which contrasts with the little piece of fresh cheese from the farmer's friend...All on a bed of fresh chain leaves full of energy! Dessert for the end: onion tart, and to reconcile us, the manager gave us each a scoop of ice cream so as not to make anyone jealous of the chocolate fondant! I will add that for the 2 out of 4 who did not take a starter, to accompany our colleagues who chose the menu, the manager served us appetizers, it was a small version of the spring salad. ..The meaning of knowing how to live together. The restaurant itself is warm, the decoration sober and authentic, the lighting a little subdued to combine with the red tiles which make the flavors of your cuisine travel to the sound of our words in the room? A big thank you for all your kind attentions, in addition to being high-level professionals, you are very generous, friendly humans, wouldn't that be the professionalism and quality of French cuisine?

Great weekend at Belvedere. The hosts were very welcoming and caring. The rooms are great and the outdoor terrace is too. The breakfast was to die for. A very pleasant stay.

Our stay was short (dinner + 1 night + breakfast) but so refreshing. Sandra and Stéphane are extremely welcoming and concerned about our well-being. The cuisine is excellent, made with good local products. It was a beautiful, enchanted break for us in this charming residence! THANKS !
