Le Bergeries de la Palombaggia sur Porto-Vecchio

Explored Corsica and stayed at a luxury inn near the beach on the east side of the island. Our room had panoramic views of the ocean. A trail from the inn was only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches. Accommodations were plush, excellent restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the staff were some of the best I’ve encountered at 5-star hotels and resorts. The staff was always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even realized we had a question. Our innkeeper, Hérvi was more than an inn manager. He was a jovial and lively take-charge concierge that went from table to table at breakfast each morning enquiring about each guest’s plans. If you didn’t have planned excursions, restaurant reservations, or other plans, Hérvi came to the rescue with bang on recommendations. Laura at the reception desk arranged a limo pickup from the ferry terminal and then coordinated a rental car that was delivered to the resort—it was waiting for us when we arrived. I’ve always had to arrange my own rental cars. Never had someone take care of every small detail so I could relax rather than worry about the minutiae. Overall great experience exploring the island and the Inn made it easy for us to have a luxurious stay and focus on fun rather than details. 5-Star experience!

Second time staying here. JP and Laura were so great to us at the front desk. The pool and breakfast are both tops. The location is perfect - close to the best beach Palombaggia and our favorite restaurants; Ashabaca and Costa Marina

Très jolie terrasse au bord d’une belle piscine à débordement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et le maquis. Endroit très paisible, idéal pour une soirée en amoureux. Table de qualité, personnel charmant et très à l’écoute. Nous nous sommes régalés.

Beautiful hotel in Corsica. 200% recommended. It's better to book better rooms, otherwise maybe a room right on the street.

Which team ! Warm and personalized welcome, everyone takes care of you and with a big smile! The setting is simply sumptuous, and the view is definitely worth the detour. Hervé knows how to lead his team with great sympathy, a touch of humor and an incalculable amount of kindness! I highly recommend this high-end and very well-run establishment!
