I ordered game; there were three pieces of meat on my plate for over 20 euros, which I found rather meager. My mother ordered sauerkraut with fish, but the sauce was bland...disappointing.

Excellent experience! The restaurant offers a pleasant setting and a friendly atmosphere. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and of high quality. The service was impeccable, with smiling, attentive, and very professional staff.
The value for money is quite reasonable.
I highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return.

This was my second time at your restaurant; the first time two years ago was perfect. Rather disappointed this time. The braised ham hock had no flavor (fresh ham hock, you should use semi-cured ham hock because the fresh one was bland and desperately needed more sauce). The cordon bleu was very generous but not enough sauce for the large piece of meat. The cordon rouge was very disappointing (too small for 28 euros and too dry, again lacking sauce).
In Alsace, you have to put sauce in it! The vacherin glacé and tarte flambée were excellent. The waitress was very friendly.

The dishes were average: the pike-perch fillet was boney, barely cooked, and the sauce was bland. The lamb shanks were overcooked, and the spaetzle were reheated and dry. There were a lot of onions in the kidneys, but not many kidneys themselves. For the price, one expects better. However, the staff were very friendly.
