Le Biblenhof sur Soultz-Les-Bains

The place was welcoming, but the tarte flambée deserved to be cooked better. A shame.

Yes, we always ate very well and received a very warm welcome. See you next time!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A restaurant we highly recommend! My colleague and I, along with our clients with multiple disabilities, came for an activity, and we were delighted with our experience. We were greeted by very pleasant, smiling, and friendly waitresses, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the quality of the fresh, homemade dishes, which were very much appreciated. We particularly liked the option of requesting pureed dishes prepared in the kitchen, tailored to our clients' needs. This thoughtful touch is invaluable and demonstrates a genuine understanding of the specific needs of our clientele. A big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome, kindness, attentiveness, and adaptability. These are the kinds of thoughtful touches that make a real difference and allow everyone to fully enjoy their time at the restaurant. We highly recommend this establishment for the quality of its cuisine, its welcoming atmosphere, and its ability to adapt to everyone's needs. We will gladly return! 😊

A wonderful experience! A charming welcome, in addition to a personalized meal ☺️ We had asked if it was possible to accommodate the specific dietary needs of the disabled clients we were accompanying that day, and this was done with the utmost care, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. Both the clients and ourselves thoroughly enjoyed the meal! Thank you again for having us! It's so nice to see a beautiful establishment, adapted for people with reduced mobility, with kind and welcoming staff – well done! We will gladly return (let us know in advance next time).

A very nice, friendly place with welcoming staff. Perfect.

Really nice, nothing to complain about...

Nice place, cool service, good food.

Authentic setting. The tarte flambée is good. I had the chicken cordon bleu with Munster sauce. Good, but not amazing. On the other hand, the wait staff is lovely, but the wait between courses is clearly excessive. It was incredibly long. I also had a gourmet coffee; the chocolate cake was way overcooked.

Good food and impeccable service. However, the atmosphere was very (too) noisy... What a shame!

Absolutely fantastic!! The atmosphere, the setting, the service, and the food were all superb.
