I attended the annual spit-roasted wild boar evening, and having tasted it often elsewhere, I must admit that this one is the best. It was perfectly cooked, tender, pink, with a perfect flavor—neither too strong nor bland. Kudos to the chef who has mastered the art of spit-roasting! I can't wait to return next year, and what's more, the price is quite reasonable for an all-you-can-eat product.

We came for the spit-roasted wild boar. It was very good and truly all-you-can-eat, as were the side dishes. Friendly staff. The only downside was the very noisy dining room. But it was fully booked.
I recommend it.

A fantastic evening with delicious spit-roasted wild boar and excellent tarte flambée, all enhanced by the superb band Private Covers. We had a wonderful evening at the Biblenhof. Special mention to the entire amazing restaurant team and especially our waitress Cathy :) Thank you! :)

We came to eat on Monday, August 17th, with our Beauceron dog. The table layout was perfect; he was very comfortable. The staff and service were excellent. The food was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We ordered the sauerkraut and the stew.

Perfect. Good and fast. It's a shame the place gets a bit too noisy when full. You have to use the entire gift voucher; it's impossible to keep the remaining balance for a future visit.

Magnificent place!
Heavy and very tasty meal!
I had the wild boar stew, which was simply incredible, and my partner had the spaetzle gratin with Munster cheese, which I was allowed to try and which was equally delicious!
The service is on par with the food.
A special shout-out to Cathy and Romain!
In short, a place well worth the detour.
