We were delighted to return to Billigs. Once again, as a family, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The mussels were generously served with a very smooth Roquefort cream sauce.
As for the pizzas, they were delicious: a thin, crispy crust and generous toppings.
The service was, as always, very friendly.
I highly recommend this restaurant, but remember to make a reservation!

Billy in Palavas is simple: you've barely sat down before the waiter is already there… you almost wonder if they can read your mind.
The service is incredibly fast, but never feels rushed—on the contrary, they're always smiling, extremely professional, and genuinely lovely, especially with children (who are treated like VIPs, which definitely saves the parents' meal).
And the food is flawless: the pizza is top-notch, generous, and delicious. The "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee) lives up to its name (you almost regret having to share), and the pistachio ice cream… dangerously good.
In short, a place where everything moves quickly, except the desire to leave.
