Billy in Palavas is simple: you've barely sat down before the waiter is already there… you almost wonder if they can read your mind.
The service is incredibly fast, but never feels rushed—on the contrary, they're always smiling, extremely professional, and genuinely lovely, especially with children (who are treated like VIPs, which definitely saves the parents' meal).
And the food is flawless: the pizza is top-notch, generous, and delicious. The "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee) lives up to its name (you almost regret having to share), and the pistachio ice cream… dangerously good.
In short, a place where everything moves quickly, except the desire to leave.

A truly wonderful discovery!
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal from start to finish. The ribeye steak was simply perfect: generous, perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, just the way we like it. The accompanying fries... golden, crispy, a real treat 👌
The Irish pancake is also worth trying: an incredibly rich and flavorful sauce that makes all the difference. Honestly, a real delight!
And to top it all off, a superb gourmet coffee: varied, generous, and perfectly balanced. The ideal little sweet touch to end the meal on a perfect note ☕🍰
Add to that friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere, and you have everything you need for a truly great time.
I highly recommend it... and I'll be back! 😄

Hello, very reasonable prices, traditional cuisine, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the waiters were excellent, I highly recommend it, and they even accept dogs!
