Excellent meal! The salmon ravioli gratin was delicious, as was the mountain burger. The steak tartare was also well-seasoned, and the duo of diots (sausages) was perfectly cooked.
The desserts were very good too.

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant in Bisanne (1500m)! The traditional dishes were absolutely delicious, generous, and comforting after a day in the mountains. Special mention goes to the waiter, who was truly lovely, attentive, and very professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place!
