Le Bistro 1911 sur Cahors

Très belle découverte ! Nous y sommes allés pour dîner avec nos enfants. Les mets sont frais, originaux et parfaitement cuisinés. Le chef était un peu survolté alors que la serveuse était gentille et très pro. La salle à manger Art déco avec ses vitraux est chaleureuse. Seules les tables, en mélaminé, seraient à changer ainsi que les photos de fleurs qui dénotent dans l'ensemble

It is a must-see restaurant in Cahors, the seasonal menu is refined and delicious, with very good value for money. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Lovely ambiance with the wonderfully retro decor. Don't miss this famous restaurant which I highly recommend. The prices are deliciously low!!!

A pilgrimage to the ex-Balandre, the decor is still deliciously 1900, with a twist of modernity. On the plate, it's fresh, tasty and authentic market cuisine always in the family tradition! A very affordable menu and a most charming welcome! I recommend !!

Delighted to have known this place, very nice discovery. A place steeped in history and simply magnificent. Very beautiful and good fresh product. Great knowledge of wines, very good advice. Looking forward to coming back next season to discover new flavors.
