The atmosphere and decor are extremely warm and welcoming; you're greeted with a smile and good cheer. People keep coming back because they feel comfortable there. And the food! I deviated from the restaurant's specialty (fish and chips) to try the entrecôte maître d'hôtel, and it was simply delicious.

Bingo. What do you come to Brittany looking for? Fish, rain, and comfort. What do you find at the sailor's bistro? Hearty fish and chips, a place to take shelter from the drizzle, and wonderful people who give advice about the region. It's a 3/3, or rather, I should say a 5/5.

We had a reservation for 8:00 to 1:30 pm.
We found this restaurant in the "It's Better When It's Good" guide.
We thoroughly enjoyed both the fish and chips and the desserts.
A big thank you to the waitresses, who, from the phone reservation until the end of service (we arrived a little late and were the last ones left in the restaurant), kept their smiles and good humor!

It's a real shame the fries aren't homemade. The frozen fries with the fish kind of spoil the dish. And it makes the bill a bit high for what's on the plate…
Otherwise, the atmosphere is always good and the service is very pleasant.

Simply excellent, their fish and chips specialty is very, very good, and the desserts are also well presented. The staff is very pleasant, and you should book ahead as it's very popular.

What a great find on our way back from vacation! 🤩 And I'm so glad I booked; it's a popular restaurant where you mingle with the locals. People come for the fish and chips 🐟, but not only that... !?!! 🤗 The service is efficient and friendly. To finish off the meal, what could be better than this impressive floating island 😜🌋?
It has a pub vibe and a family atmosphere all at once 🙏... We'll definitely be back; I've already told all my friends about it 😊👌

One of the best places I've ever tried. The atmosphere and decor are really lovely, the waitresses are very welcoming and smiling, and they offer homemade dishes with fresh and flavorful ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; it was exquisite.
I highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal and eat THE real fish and chips.
