We went there, had a quiet meal on the terrace thanks to the absence of vehicles. Very good food, I recommend the canelé for dessert.

It's a laid-back, casual spot with a home-cooked feel. The food was decent—not extraordinary, but not disappointing either. They offer a kids' menu, which is always a plus for families. It does get quite busy during peak hours, so the service can slow down a bit. Overall, it's a good value for the money.

We had dinner following a reservation on TheFork. The meal was delicious and the staff very pleasant. We were just passing through and probably won't be able to come back but it's a very good restaurant.

In front of the cathedral.
Very delicious food and very good service.
We tried the magret de canard, the carno with ratatouille and chocolate mousse.
Everything was very delicious, and the views from the terrace were unbeatable.

Can’t fault this place. Saw the recommendation online by a local and it was spot on. Given that’s in the heart of a tourist area, one could expect it to have a ‘I don’t care attitude’. But the service and food were excellent. Quite a few locals there so that was a good sign. Looking for good food, service and atmosphere, you won’t go wrong here.

Husband had tuna with cooked endive in a butter saffron sauce. He loved it.
I had the foie gras entree: very nice home baked pan de mie and a salade.

The most widespread version says that the birth of cannelé is linked to the small cake that the nuns prepared in the 16th century in the Bordeaux convent of Annonciades. This cake, called canelat or canelet, was then rolled around a cane stalk before being fried, hence its name.
