Top-notch bistro! Thank you for the experience and the excellent value! We highly recommend the squid and homemade fries.
Special mention goes to the children's menu, which features a very good quality fish dish.

Purely by chance, we asked for a table for two at lunchtime without a reservation. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and ordered only fish. Both dishes were delicious, and the service was truly excellent, with just the right touch of humor. Don't change a thing; we know where to go if we return to the beautiful town of Arcachon.

We came from Andernos to eat at Bistro'chon during our vacation.
It wasn't our first time, and it won't be our last! Excellent value for money for Arcachon, a smiling and cheerful team, and an owner and chef who are incredibly efficient—we highly recommend it!

A charming place with generous and delicious cuisine! The staff is attentive and very friendly. The only slight drawback in hot weather is the lack of air conditioning, although fans are installed inside to provide some relief (be aware of this if you book a table on the terrace). A great place nonetheless!

I rarely share my opinions since they are entirely my own, but if this one encourages others to book a table at this restaurant (especially those from Reims passing through), all the better.
The owner and staff are all very friendly and cheerful, the service is quick, and the dishes are delicious and generous—enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetites.
Special mention goes to the cocktails, and especially the basil wine, which I highly recommend.
In short, next time I'm in the Arcachon Basin, I'll know exactly where to go.
