As a regular at Le Bistronome, I was a little worried about the change of ownership.
How wrong I was! It used to be good, now it's excellent. What progress! The prices remain very competitive. Keep up the great work!

As a regular at this restaurant, I highly recommend it. The food is excellent and the prices are competitive. Personally, I think it's even better since the change of ownership. The best thing to do is go and see for yourself.

So, I wanted to share my opinion about the restaurant.
I first came for my birthday in April and had a beef tagliata, which was delicious, especially with the little new potatoes.
I came back on Friday and had an Italian-style steak tartare, which was absolutely amazing. The quality and quantity were perfect, a real treat.
The waitresses were very friendly and always available; everything was great, it was very pleasant.
Kudos to the chef, everything was perfect. We'll be back very soon.
I highly recommend it.
Plus, the atmosphere is very cozy; really, truly nothing to complain about.
