I've been to Bistronome several times and each time it's been a real treat!
The food is sophisticated, flavorful, with wonderful flavor combinations. And what's more, the lunch menus are very reasonably priced considering the quality and service, which is a real bonus.
A fantastic place in Bruz that I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time.
The meal was adapted to our dietary restrictions (allergies). The chef was able to find fresh, seasonal produce that was suitable for our allergies. Thanks to this, we were able to enjoy a delicious dessert. It's been a long time since we've had such a wonderful meal! Many thanks to the entire team for their attentiveness and care! We highly recommend this excellent restaurant!

The restaurant was excellent, with fresh, high-quality food and a lovely atmosphere. However, there was one small drawback regarding the service: the waitress was far too pushy. We had barely sat down when she came to check on us several times in a very short period, without giving us a chance to relax or choose our order at our leisure, and this continued throughout the entire meal.
Aside from this, the restaurant was impeccable, and I highly recommend it.

Very warm welcome and attentive, fast service.
Very beautiful dishes with a blend of flavors and textures.

A restaurant that offers well-presented and well-paired dishes at reasonable prices.
The main course and dessert were very good, cooked perfectly, and the dessert had a very interesting blend of flavors.
I didn't like the starter as much; it had a slightly less flavor and the combination of flavors was less appreciated.
We ordered the €39 menu without drinks.
