The service is impeccable, efficient and offers qualitative recommendations in addition to its speed. The atmosphere is authentic, ideal for “tete-a-tete” meals, with family or friends. PS: In my eyes, they deserve to be the best rated restaurant in Manosque. Humble opinion 😇

Pleasant and friendly place, service neither too fast nor too slow. We ate at the bistro side, decent quantity and quality for the price.

Excellent taste moments and impeccable service! The servers are attentive and the dishes are very good and well presented. A very good address in Manosque for lovers of good French gourmet cuisine.

The Bistronomic: We reserved a table for 2 Well received, we were installed in the room which is surrounded by display cases, some of which are refrigerated, which display products such as bottles, canned goods, olive oil, etc. that you can buy. The evening menu is imposed, it is not possible to choose the à la carte dishes which are offered at lunchtime. Dinner menu, with small toasts to spread with a homemade compote, very good. Then appetizers, tomato gazpacho, avocado and wild shrimp. As a starter, salmon and a perfect egg cooked to 64 degrees. A delight. For dishes, catch of the moment and chuck compress, beef cheek. Finally dessert, for both of us, Bistronomic-style lemon tart. It's all really good. A small glass of champagne offered, we enjoyed this moment and this cuisine. Regarding the prices, the price is still quite significant but you will not be disappointed. I really recommend you. Parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
