Absolutely delicious restaurant from start to finish; from appetizer to main course and dessert, everything is refined, sophisticated, and succulent. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a lovely, very pleasant terrace, but the service is subpar. For example, we were offered neither wine nor water at the beginning, and none of the dishes were described by the waiter when we were served. We felt like we were in a school cafeteria! It's a real shame.

We went there Sunday evening. It was absolutely excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert! The set menu was very reasonably priced. The waiter was friendly.

May 31st: Well deserved, the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand! My Mother's Day celebration was Sunday evening at Chef Bastien's, a real treat as always. He happened to have some lobsters, so we chose them. The preparation was delicate and full of flavor; the shells had been removed, leaving us free to simply enjoy. The very friendly young waitress and her usual waiter both explained the composition of each dish, proof that they know the menu. The waiter, a rose enthusiast, gave me some advice because I mentioned that my rose bushes never look very beautiful. I promise I'll follow his advice and keep him posted. Because, of course, we'll be back. Menu: for him, ravioli stuffed with zucchini and lemon ricotta; for me, spelt croquettes with green asparagus, guanciale, and mozzarella emulsion. For the two of us: Lobster with crisp asparagus and peas, morels, and a delicate sauce. Dessert: for me, the craquelin choux pastry with pecan and vanilla, crème anglaise, and strawberries from Pinot Noir; and for him, the rum baba with dark chocolate ganache and peanut emulsion. What more can I add? The praise from our customers speaks for itself. The excellent welcome from a professional waiter, who explains the ingredients of the dishes without being intrusive, makes all the difference. Authentic and expertly prepared cuisine, perfect presentation. The dishes are accompanied by sublime sauces. The chef uses local products, a significant advantage in terms of value for money. The young chef, Bastien, is a whiz; friendly and attentive, he comes to say a few words to the customers before we leave—a lovely touch. Our evening was a delight, and we will certainly repeat it. For those who don't know, Chef Bastien hosts a truffle dinner in January (he doesn't skimp on the truffles). It's absolutely divine! You have to book as early as December. This year, we were lucky that, given the overwhelming number of calls, he organized another evening. So, just to be safe, I set a reminder for a reservation in December 2026.

I came to this restaurant with my family for a wedding anniversary and I was pleasantly surprised to find such delicious food! Everything was excellent, from the appetizer to the dessert. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was simple yet refined—just the way I like it. I highly recommend this restaurant in Manosque! Remember to book in advance 😉
