The setting is really lovely. We were told our pizza would be delayed, but we didn't have to wait at all. From the outside, you wouldn't guess that the courtyard has such a stunning view, or that the service is so quick and the food delicious. Special mention to the incredibly efficient servers.

The Cordais bistro is a must-visit in Cordes-sur-Ciel. It's a popular meeting place for locals during the week and, of course, on market days. This summer I became addicted to Melissa's amazing iced coffees. An expert in all kinds of drinks, she'll prepare your iced coffee to order. With or without sugar, with or without milk, and always with real coffee. Melissa, thank you for your constant kindness; it's a real bonus.

A superb discovery in Cordes-sur-Ciel! We had a wonderful meal, with delicious dishes that clearly tasted homemade. The welcome was impeccable and very warm. The icing on the cake: the view from the restaurant is simply magnificent. The value for money is perfect. Absolutely nothing to complain about, I recommend it 100%!

06/04/2026: We had a wonderful stay, we received a very warm welcome and the restaurant is exceptional, with fresh, homemade products – a real treat. We appreciated the spacious and very quiet room.
17/12/2025: We visited Cordes-sur-Ciel and were looking for a restaurant outside the historic center. We were so happy to have discovered this restaurant, just a stone's throw from the old town. The service was attentive, the dishes were refined and delicious, and the setting was so pleasant. We will definitely be back.
