Die Gerichte waren hervorragend zubereitet, geschmacklich ausgezeichnet und ansprechend präsentiert. Also the Cocktails are absolutely empfehlenswert and haben den Abend perfekt abgerundet. Restaurant located next to Place de Jaude in Clermont-Ferrand. I booked lunch for two on Wednesday, June 3rd. We chose the set menu. Everything was excellent, flavorful, and prepared with fresh ingredients, from appetizer to dessert. It deserves its Michelin star. Well done!
