This is definitely the happiest meal I had during my summer vacation in central France. Fresh ingredients, flavors suitable for all ages, relatively large portions, limited menu options but overall rich variety, well matched. My favorite thing is their puffs, with rich taste and flavor. I will definitely come back again if there is a chance.

My partner and I have been coming to this restaurant about every two months for years. Having lived in the area for ages, I don't know of a better value for money. The welcome and service are impeccable, the atmosphere both relaxed and professional. The dishes are remarkably prepared with seasonal produce, which the chef adapts every two months. We have always been delighted by both the quality and quantity of the food, and I'm quite a hearty eater. Oh, I almost forgot, the excellent wine list is reasonably priced, which is rarely the case in a Michelin-starred restaurant. I so wish I could only give this restaurant one star so I could finally go on weekends without having to book so far in advance!

The cuisine is refined, expertly prepared, and consistent with the restaurant's positioning. The welcome and service are professional, attentive, and efficient. This assessment, however, should be considered in context: the restaurant holds a "Bib Gourmand" distinction in the Michelin Guide, which implies a certain level of excellence. In this respect, the restaurant fully meets expectations, both in terms of the quality of the dishes and the attention paid to service and the overall experience. Finally, while the dining rooms are air-conditioned, the temperature remains relatively moderate, probably due to the open kitchen. This slight discomfort is nevertheless offset by the pleasure of observing the precise and meticulous work of the kitchen staff, which contributes significantly to the charm of the experience.
