The place is nice, you need to make a reservation (there were 7 of us). Good menu, good location. We were on the -1 floor. Old brick columns and arches. The food is good, the wines too. Salads for every taste. Meat and fish are good, dessert is delicious. Service is good and fast. There were no free seats.
The only minus is the cheburnia on the 0 floor. It is not always convenient to go up the spiral staircase.
Everything else is at the highest level.
The cost of everything is pleasant, between 30 and 40 euros per person.
We will come again

Reservation for 3 people. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect. The portions were generous and the service was pleasant, provided by young staff. However, there's little variation in the menu items. I noticed that my entire card number was visible on my receipt, whereas only the last four digits should be displayed. Why?

A large and busy bistrot, we made a reservation and were given a good table for two by an open window. Service was quick and efficient and all staff we saw were smiling and cheerful and appeared happy to be there. We had the 3 course Menu de Terroir and there was a good choice for each course. The food was excellent, hot, tasty and well cooked and presented. Because it's so well run there was a happy buzz of people dining and a good atmosphere. All in all a very enjoyable meal and very good value for money. We're looking forward to coming back the next time we are in Rouen.

With some friends (there were eight of us), we dined at Le Bistrot d'Arthur and were completely satisfied. The service was prompt, with friendly and helpful staff. The food was truly excellent, tasty, and flavorful. The price (about €25 per person) was reasonable. Highly recommended (reservations recommended).

We went to the Bistrot for dinner. Online reservations were very convenient. The welcome was excellent and friendly. We had snails and entrecote, both very good, as were the desserts. I recommend the tulips with seasonal fruit. The service was fast and impeccable. Definitely worth a try!
