Incredible meal... but literally we let ourselves be guided by the chef on a tour of the Camargue and the sea... The service is well arranged to allow time to digest and discuss between each course (Service of 4 or 5 sequences). The restaurant is in a courtyard covered by a magnificent green roof which must be very pleasant at lunchtime too.

Apart from the main course, absolutely remarkable, cuisine worthy of great restaurants, at a reasonable price. Food and wine pairing expensive for what it was, disappointing. The dish really stood out compared to the rest, it was quite basic, not surprising, unlike the appetizers, starters and desserts which were astonishing, succulent, combining local flavors and textures in a brilliant way! I would have preferred to pay a little more to have a main course worthy of the rest of the meal, but the value for money remains great. Bravo, beautiful showcase for this beautiful town of Lunel

An exceptional Sunday lunch at La Maison Soubeiran! Honestly, I hesitate to tell you the truth about this restaurant, because I'm afraid it will become even more difficult to book next time... But we must give back to César what belongs to César: La Maison Soubeiran has sublimated our Sunday lunchtime. We already knew the Bistro de Caro, which we really enjoyed, but here we were literally transported. Each dish is a true explosion of flavors, a sensory journey that enriches the taste buds and the mind. And then, how can we not mention Baptiste, our server of the day? His elegance, humor and attention made our experience even more pleasant. We felt pampered from start to finish! So, a big thank you to the whole team for this exceptional moment. Magnificent discovery... with excellent value for money. We really enjoyed the 4-course Mediterranean menu accompanied by a rosé "les Salines" which went great with all the dishes. We highly recommend going before the stars fall 😉 Congratulations to the chef and her entire team. Many thanks again for this moment of pleasure.

From Master Gainsbourg hidden on the walls, to the lush vegetation above our heads, the team took us on an intimate and delicate journey. In this magnificent bistro located on an esplanade, market and seasonal products are transformed by the artist, a great lady in the kitchen! Thank you for this beautiful family moment

Very nice find. Local cuisine with fresh products and real research work, as much on textures and appearances as on tastes (some more successful than others, but that's everyone's business... personal favorite: rice pudding). All accompanied by a beautiful wine list and attentive service without being obsequious. A perfect alchemy with this carefully decorated patio. Well done.

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant à Lunel, avec une terrasse ombragée magnifique. Il faut goûter à cette cuisine de la cheffe Souberan. Tout est délicat et parfaitement orchestré, les goûts, les assaisonnements. Faire bon et bien avec des produits locaux, c'est tout ce que l'on aime. Nous vous conseillons vivement ce restaurant.
