Everything about this establishment is equally delightful. The servers are kind and professional. The dishes are full of surprises, with astonishing textures and combinations that reflect Caro's culinary curiosity. This meal was a journey of discovery and pure indulgence!
Original flavor combinations, featuring some lesser-known ingredients and plenty of surprises.
All this in a warm and inviting setting, with attentive service and Benjamin, who delighted us by introducing us to wines from near and far (special mention to the house vermouth).

A truly wonderful discovery. Exquisite dishes, worthy of the finest restaurants, prepared with finesse and creativity. All at a very reasonable price considering the quality. Being from Lunel, we had heard about this establishment for a while. We came to eat there in May of last year and had an incredible experience. The best restaurant we've ever eaten at. We hope to return very soon.
