A truly wonderful discovery!
We had a fantastic time from start to finish. The cuisine is refined, full of flavor, and prepared with great care. The service was also impeccable: attentive, smiling waiters and waitresses, always going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.
The setting is magnificent and truly enhances the experience. We also greatly appreciated the chef's visit at the end of our meal, a very thoughtful touch that demonstrates her passion and dedication to her guests.
We recommend this restaurant without hesitation!

A truly exceptional gastronomic experience. This restaurant doesn't quite reach Michelin stars, but it possesses all the qualities of a Michelin-starred establishment from start to finish. Each dish is remarkably refined and demonstrates genuine talent. The service is warm and attentive. The wine list is excellent. This restaurant richly deserves its place among the finest establishments.

What a wonderful Friday dinner!
A warm welcome in the lovely patio, a friendly team, and attentive, smiling service that was never stuffy or intrusive. Delightful culinary discoveries served on delicate tableware: a five-course journey of surprises, perfectly complementing the wines chosen by our hosts. The understated decor was an invitation to relax.
Don't change a thing; it was a truly blissful, timeless moment!

A fabulous discovery.
Go without hesitation, but be sure to admire the trees that decorate the lovely terraces. Prepare to be surprised by a chef who blends fresh, seasonal produce with flavors from around the world. A truly gastronomic experience, and we were captivated. We were swept away by the ambiance, the service was refined, discreet yet highly efficient and friendly... and thank you to this chef!
We want more and will definitely be back... very soon.

A truly wonderful experience at Maison Soubeiran! The welcome and service were warm and attentive. The atmosphere was genuinely convivial, yet with a touch of sophistication that reflected the desired level of refinement within the establishment. And the cuisine was simply sensational! Fresh produce and Mediterranean flavors abound, with a strong emphasis on seafood. It was fantastic! You immediately sense, and throughout the evening, that nothing is left to chance, that every last detail has been carefully considered. This restaurant more than deserves a Michelin star! It's only a matter of time... A must-try!
