The dishes were surprising and original, yet perfectly balanced—from mussels with chanterelles, apricot, and marigold to Mediterranean sea bass with a fig leaf sauce, and pork served with morello cherries. The three desserts were also a true delight. We particularly appreciated the very personal welcome. The service was warm and attentive, and the sommelier presented the wines with passion and expertise. The chef, who is also the owner, spent a considerable amount of time at our table. She shared her culinary philosophy with us, explaining the ingredients and ideas behind her creations. Her connection to the local produce and region is evident in every dish. A superb discovery! A diverse, harmonious, and refined culinary journey, without being pretentious, incorporating sometimes unexpected local products (e.g., orache leaves). The lushly planted patio-terrace is particularly pleasant. Access by train and bicycle is very easy, which allowed us to perfectly extend the day with a bike ride on the surrounding cycle paths.
