Excellent evening from every point of view: very warm welcome, high-level catering, very pleasant room. I highly recommend this address. The plus that makes the difference: everything is homemade, the dishes, of course, but also the bread, the jam, the honey...

Good evening at the Blue Thistles, I didn't have the chance to taste the beef or the foie gras. I only ate seafood... There were 5 of us on this shellfish platter, very generous. We didn't manage to finish... We had to reserve ourselves for the "kouign-amann and its salted butter caramel ice cream". In short, for foodies or epicureans I recommend this address... Oh yes, I almost forgot. Don't forget to ask the boss the origin of the name of his establishment... Earnest! As they say in Switzerland. Thanks again.

J'y suis allez pour mangé et franchement je recommande ce restaurant. Les glace sont faite maison les plats également super cuisinier super serveuse et super patron merci à vous .

Restaurant : au top, le chef patron est accessible, ça discute et ça rigole. Les plat sont bons et généreux. Petit supplément sorbet à la fin du repas : si vous devinez le parfum vous gagnez une bouteille ;) mais impossible tellement les fruits sont exotiques ! Tout est 100% fait maison y compris le pain !
