A superb experience in every way. We've been going to this restaurant for years and we're never disappointed! The cuisine is sophisticated and the ingredients are high quality, not to mention the unbeatable prices. The staff is very professional, attentive, and caring. You'll always be seated in the best possible position according to your request, even at the last minute! Orders are taken quickly and the timing between courses is perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant in Mimizan Plage, ideal for celebrating special occasions like graduation. Thank you to all the staff at Le Bistrot for a wonderful time, see you soon!

We arrived at the last minute, rather late, with four friends; the welcome was very warm and genuinely friendly — the evening menu offered incredible value for money at under €20! We were very satisfied.

16/03/2026: Avoid the cocktails as they're not great, and there are no appetizers. The owner is friendly but works alone. The food is good, but there's not much choice. We won't be going back.

Here, there's no mass-produced food or fast food disguised as a restaurant: everything is homemade, generous, family-style, and prepared with passion. The portions are substantial, and the chef himself serves and chats with his customers, adding a real touch of conviviality. A big thank you also to the owner, who welcomes and serves with such kindness, good humor, and a smile that you'll want to come back. An authentic place that truly makes a difference, and one I recommend without hesitation!
