Le Bistrot de la Ripaille sur Feytiat

We arrived like slightly lost tourists and left feeling like we were locals, which says it all. The welcome was incredibly warm; the staff were genuinely lovely without being pushy, which is rare and refreshing. The fact that they accepted our dog without raising an eyebrow was already a huge plus, but they even thought to offer him water… honestly, that earned him some serious points. As for the food, no complaints whatsoever: it was delicious, well-presented, and you could tell it was made with care without being pretentious; almost everything was homemade. In short, a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
