Generous portions, quality meat.
We came for the second seating on a Tuesday at lunchtime. There was only one waitress in the dining room, and she was constantly running around trying to serve all the customers...it was almost embarrassing; we wanted to help her out.
How is it possible to leave her to work alone? Where is the owner of this restaurant?

I've never received such a warm welcome in a restaurant, and I've been to quite a few!
There were three of us, and we greatly appreciated the warm welcome and the kindness of the staff.
We also had a wonderful meal!

Lunch for four on February 19, 2026.
After sightseeing in the area, we wanted to have lunch and called to check if a table was available.
Upon arrival, the welcome was perfect; we were seated and served quickly. The meal was well-presented and generous.
It should be noted that this is a bistro, not a restaurant. But for both the service and the food, it deserves a very good rating. Don't hesitate to stop by.

We had Zdel from Clermont and the fondue from the Auberge was really good, luckily we didn't have a starter or dessert, it was generous and I couldn't finish it. Very good atmosphere, we were made to feel at ease, the waiter had a great gift of the gab, we had a good laugh, we'll do it again, thanks to them for our first evening in the Doubs, if we come back there we'll go back, well done

Good food, traditional Doubs dishes generously served, and a friendly welcome.
Prices are a bit high, probably due to the quality of the fresh, local produce.
