Très bonne pizza aux produits locaux, c'est une équilibré, la pâte est bonne, c'était très bon. Impression plus mitigée sur le service : une personne qui parle aux clients et qui est fort aimable, les autres passent, repassent, regardent. Il a fallu appeler un serveur pour qu'au bout de 15 min on vienne prendre une commande. Moment agréable ensuite

2 very good meals to begin and end our week of vacation in the Lot. As good on the plate as in the service, super efficient and smiling, with a special mention for our favorite brunette (who will recognize herself). Have a great season for the whole team.

Friendly staff, nice location. On the other hand, a little disappointed by the confit, the same as in a Parisian bistro, I was expecting something more “local”. The rest ok.

While passing through and under the advice of my brother-in-law, I came with work colleagues. Very nice discovery, nice atmosphere and fast service. Although the person who took our orders was Portuguese... the only weak point. (4 days before the France/Portugal Match... Euros 2024) he was very friendly and with a lot of humor. Erratum: Mention ++ for our assigned waitress for this first week in Cahors.. thank you Maya. If I have the opportunity, I will come back with VERY GREAT pleasure.

20/08/2024: We have lunch there and it’s very good! That's just it; served for office professionals, businesses and businesses in the neighborhood. During the summer of course, many visitors are tourists and they adapt. But not too much: good quality, delicious (and quite regional) dishes and fantastic desserts. For me, no Cahors without Canelle!

04/09/2024: Good morning, We used the catering service of the La Chartreuse restaurant for our wedding and it was a total success! The reception and the meal were very appreciated by the guests! The team this day was really great! The service and their cuisine are fabulous. I highly recommend this caterer who works with good humor and kindness! The manager of the catering service, Gwenn, is simply a wonderful person, very professional, attentive and very efficient. Elsa and Vincent
