The recipe for a good New Year's Eve: select dishes from the 'Bistrot de Louise' offerings and you will not (never) be disappointed. We had selected: the foie gras terrine as well as the scallops for starters, then the salmon fillet and the venison medallion for the main courses, the cabbage cracker as well as the pear matchstick for desserts. Well, not disappointed on all levels: presentation and taste, everything was excellent. Congratulations to Régis for his always top-notch cuisine as well as to Angélique for her welcome and to the staff. We are at the time of resolutions for the year 2024: for us, it will be to repeat this experience as soon as possible.
