A wonderful discovery! 🙏🥰 I was invited to this place for lunch, and I truly enjoyed it. Both the service and the food were excellent. It was a real pleasure to have lunch there. I will gladly return and recommend it to my friends and family.

We had a wonderful meal this Friday evening at Louise's bistro. The dishes and wine pairings were very well-crafted. The menu changes every three weeks. The welcome and service were excellent. We were delighted and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

01/05/2026: A magnificent evening, flawless in every way. We were also lucky enough to have a musical performance. A true meeting place and a place for sharing, just the way we like them. Thank you for everything, don't change a thing!
30/04/2026: A wonderful time at this restaurant: a truly warm welcome, you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are excellent, with a special mention for the ravioli—the best I've ever had! A nice touch on Wednesdays: the music. Last night, a piano/vocal duo created a fantastic atmosphere, to the point that everyone joined in the singing. A simple, friendly evening with quality cuisine. The owner is very kind and attentive. Thank you again!

08/06/2026: A truly perfect experience. The setting offers a superb experience from the start. A view of Angers Castle, right in the heart of the Maine region—simply perfect. Then, the staff gave us the warmest of welcomes. The three waitresses were incredibly attentive. They even offered to take a family photo of us. Truly, royal service. Added to that was the divine meal. I had the Burrata pizza and the Speculus tiramisu, both of which were delicious! My companions ordered the salmon pasta and the gourmet coffee, which they both loved! Everything was perfect; I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. A wonderful discovery!
