While passing through the Ardèche region, we discovered this bistro (thanks to Google reviews) which truly deserves the title of "Bistronomic." We discovered excellent cuisine, enhanced by refined desserts. (As beautiful as it was delicious!) Thank you for this culinary discovery!

Excellent dinner for two with my husband.
All the dishes are made on-site and are truly excellent.
The trout was succulent and the beef bourguignon was so good you'll want more.
The plates are served empty and with plenty of sauce. The desserts are really good, without being too sweet.
We will be back.

A wonderful find! This little restaurant is run by a passionate chef who enthusiastically shares her culinary experiences. Located very close to the castle square, we loved every course of our meal, which featured fresh, local ingredients. A must-try! 👍

A wonderful discovery in Aubenas!
The menu is excellent, with delicious and beautifully presented dishes. But beyond the food, it's the welcome that makes all the difference. The owner is incredibly kind, with a rare warmth and friendliness. He was very helpful and attentive throughout the meal. A truly special place where you immediately feel at ease. You can go there without hesitation; we will return with immense pleasure!
