We had a wonderful time at Bistrot de Manon, enjoying the terrace at lunchtime. The food was excellent. A special mention for the kindness, energy, and humor of the owners!

I had a wonderful time with my partner at Bistrot de Manon. The ravioli salad with parmesan and the beef bourguignon with blueberries were excellent.
I particularly enjoyed the beef bourguignon with its slightly sweet and tangy flavor, which adds another dimension to the traditional dish. The chef is very funny and welcoming. Keep up the good work and best of luck; we'll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience! The food is delicious; excellent value for money. The homemade foie gras is superb, as are the desserts, which are original and exquisite. The service is very pleasant and there's a well-stocked drinks menu! Plus, it was one of the only places open on Sunday evening (in August). I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in Aubenas.

It was the 4.8 rating that made us want to discover this bistro. This score isn't enough yet; it needs to be raised even higher. Between the warm welcome, the service, the absolutely delicious food, and the chef's visit to the dining room, it's a superb place! The salmon trout with its curry and pea sauce: incredible! Local produce, cheeses from the neighboring cheesemaker. Top-notch! Thank you both!

The food is exceptional. Everything is delicious. All the flavors... no need for salt to enhance the taste. The chef comes to the table, and you can feel her passion for cooking and for pleasing her customers. The terrace is cozy, and a large fan keeps us cool. Definitely not to be missed. It's a shame we're not from the area, because otherwise we'd be there very often.

We had a wonderful family time celebrating our daughter's birthday. The chef is a true culinary artist, and the owner (we assume) is incredibly kind. A place to remember and recommend without hesitation.
