What a wonderful time we spent at Manon's - May 13, 2026.
Thank you, Manon, for your warm welcome and your passion for cooking.
The set menu was excellent and very good value for money. Everything is homemade: the chicken liver pâté was superb, the ravioli salad magnificent, the beef stew just like homemade, and the fish gratin remarkable.
And what can I say about that surprising mint leaf crème anglaise with its chocolate fondant: simply divine!
There were seven of us, and this must-try restaurant was a unanimous hit.

A remarkable experience and a must-visit in Aubenas. The value for money is excellent, and the food is truly delicious. We had the pleasure of chatting with the chef and her husband, who are lovely, passionate, and very friendly! We had a wonderful time. Be sure to book in advance, as they are often full.

We had a wonderful time! The portions were very generous and perfectly showcased the delicious, typical Ardèche products. Everything was flavorful, authentic, and prepared with care.
